Swim gloves - size guide

SIZE GUIDE NORDBAEK UNISEX GLOVES:

NORDBAEK's unisex swim gloves for men and women are available with 2 ('Ice Splash') and 5 ('Deep Tide') fingers. Both models are 3 mm neoprene and follow the same size guide.

The gloves are not designed to be very tight - on the contrary we want them to be very easy to get on and off in cold weather, which means you don't have to spend any unnecessary time.

Hence it doesn't matter if the gloves feel a little large, as you will still be able to hold on to railings etc. just fine. We recommend them to be a little too big rather than a little too small.

It is also important to be aware that our swim gloves are not socalled dry gloves. This means water will get into the neoprene gloves when you swim - in the same way as it does in, for example, a wetsuit. But the water will quickly be warmed up by your body and feel warmer against your hands. This insulates the gloves and protects your fingers from getting too cold.

Measure only the hand you use most often, e.g. if you are right-handed, please measure your right hand.

HAND MEASURE (AROUND HAND)

First measure around your hand along your knuckles (all the way around the hand). Keep hand flat while measuring.

Please also see photo below.

HAND LENGTH

Now measure the length of your hand. You must measure from your wrist, where you normally wear your watch or bracelet, all the way to the tip of the middle finger. Then you have the length in cm.

The measurements in the chart are the full length of the swim gloved from wrist to fingertip. Therefore, choose a size that is slightly larger than the measurement of your hand.

Usually measuring round the hand is enough - the length measure is just to double check (we have a few customers with extra long fingers or nails).

TIP: If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one if you want to be sure that they are easy to get on and off.
