Shipping of return items via our return portal is €11 from Sweden, Finland and Germany.

We offer free shipping on orders over €200
For orders under DKK 999, standard shipping is €11
We ship daily, on business days.
Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM are usually delivered within 7-10 business days.

At NORDBAEK, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to try your item at home in calm surroundings before deciding.
Returned items must be unused, in good condition, and with original hangtags attached.

RETURNS – step-by-step guide
We’ve made returns as simple as possible – with no printer required:

In your order, you will find a physical return slip. Please keep it.

Point your camera at the QR code on the slip, which takes you directly to our return portal.
Alternatively, you may enter the web address manually in your browser on your phone or computer. -
Enter your order number starting with #NB.
You’ll find it on the return slip included in your package. -
Follow the step-by-step instructions in the return portal.
Select return, and the system will guide you calmly through the process to ensure correct registration. -
Once your return is registered, you will receive a personal QR code created specifically for you.
You will need this code at the parcel shop, so please save it. You can do this in two ways:-
Save it on your phone by taking a screenshot/photo or keeping the window open, or

Print it out.

You may also choose to print your return label and attach it to your parcel.

Pack the item securely in a waterproof bag or in the original packaging.
Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it. -
Remember your QR code or return label, which you will need to show at the parcel shop.
It is often easiest to use the same parcel shop where you collected your order. -
After a few business days, we receive your return at our warehouse and process it the same day.

Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to the same payment method used for your purchase.

EXCHANGES – step-by-step guide
Exchanges work almost the same way as returns – the only difference is that you select a new item easily and safely in our return portal.

In your order, you will find a physical return slip. Please keep it.

Scan the QR code on the slip to go directly to our return portal, or enter the web address manually.

Enter your order number starting with #NB, found on the return slip in your package.

Follow the step-by-step instructions and select exchange.
The system will guide you calmly to ensure your exchange is registered correctly. -
Once your exchange is registered, you will receive a personal QR code created specifically for you.
Save it for use at the parcel shop, either digitally on your phone or printed. -
You may also choose to print your return label and attach it to the parcel.

Pack the item securely in a waterproof bag or original packaging, ensuring it is in the same condition as received.

Remember to bring your QR code or return label to the parcel shop.

After a few business days, we receive your package at our warehouse, process the exchange the same day,
and ship the new item you selected. -
We ship to the same parcel shop, unless you have requested otherwise.

If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, the difference is refunded to the original payment method.

Attach clear photos of the product and preferably write “complaint” in the email subject line.
We will do our very best to get back to you quickly with a solution.
